Please do not send images by email. For security reasons we do not accept image attachments. You can send images using our upload page. The link will be sent to you after you have placed the order. If you wish to send images before placing an order you can email info@bespokefolders.com (info@bespokefolders.com)to request access to the upload page. We will require at least 7 high quality images to produce your bespoke folder. Please read the following steps before sending images.

We accept jpeg, tiff, png file formats.

Where possible - please supply images that are 300dpi when scaled to approximately 300mm (h) x 260mm (w). Any image below 120dpi when scaled to fit this size may be too low in quality / resolution. Please be aware - some of the image may be cropped to fit within the visual area

Please rename your files to include your Surname or Initials plus add ‘Front Cover’ / ‘Back Cover’ / ‘Inner Cover’ e.g. Surname_Front_Cover.jpg Or In the case of Dividers - Add Divider 1 / Divider 2 / Divider 3 e.g. ’Surname_Divider1.jpg’

Plese supply the following vehicle details so they can be added to the spine of the folder. • YEAR (of manufacture) eg: 1965 • MAKE eg: Rolls Royce • MODEL eg. Silver Shadow • VEHICLE REGISTRATION

You will be sent a proof of the folder artwork prior to production You will be required to sign off the proof before the order is produced. You can request amends, if required, at ths stage. YOUR FOLDER WILL NOT BE PRODUCED UNTIL WE HAVE APPROVAL FROM YOU IN WRITTEN FORM. An email approval will be acceptable.
